What Our Company Does

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. Algae Free Guarantee.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We vacuum your pool.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We net your pool.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We evaluate your pool water and apply the proper minerals and chemicals to keep your water in ideal condition.

We verify your pool cleaner function.

We brush your pool (walls, tiles, steps).

We empty your pump baskets and pool skimmer.

We check your pool equipment.

What the Customer Does

Keep the pool equipment operating and approve repairs when needed.

Report to us any sightings of swimming pool issues.

Maintain adequate water level.

Notes

There could be additional startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Monthly price is based on a four week billing period.

Our customers can downgrade service plans from All-inclusive to Regular just contact us process the change.

We offer twice a month service in Boca Raton from late Fall to Spring each year.

Stabilizers Treatments & Filter Cleanings

Quarterly filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are necessary for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year we need to boost the stabilizer, remove phosphates and perform a filter cleaning with acid. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for those on a weekly plan.
